Luck and girls

Do you know what the similarity in luck and girls is?!!
When you are looking for it, you will not get it. But both will bless you accidently. No one can predict the nature of these two entities. Same way, it have another characteristics of blessing those who are really not interested [or pretending to be] on them [exceptions are there]

And the bug is ...

Project name : Indian IT mission
Component : Software companies
Severity : Critical
Priority : P2
Status : Open
Description :

Turbulent time in IT industry, it may take another couple of months to recover from the disaster. A pathetic situation where many met exit door from industry. Companies profit clinches and almost touches the red-line. Downsizing and cost cutting all around. A huge dependency on the US corporates. We, Indians still have the habit of “licking the shoe” of big guns. No wonder how British had a monopoly.
Then British came here, now we go for US; nothing much changed in terms of slavery. Indian economy passes teenage and its the time to target something high. In terms of man power, we are almost done. But are we equipped with the right personnel?

There are few bugs in Indian IT industry; 1) education system, 2)back door entry and 3) poor performing big dads.

The educational qualification level of job aspirates increases day by day. Does it mean, there is an upthrust in quality? No. Same old wine in new bottles, wine tastes good, if too old; but not others. There is a mammoth level of decrement in science and arts students and almost all queue up for B-Tech degree in computer science. Did you ever realized the significance of an aptitude test? All goes for it, whoever scores, will get merit seats and others will move to management seat. The purpose of the aptitude test itself is overruled.
Similarly the pioneer in Indian IT industry, once claimed that “If you are giving me a donkey I will make him an engineer” ; so proud in his training academy. Of course it does. When they train one such ass with other 9999 engineering graduates, nothing goes wrong with them. But he forgot, 9999 such asses are watching this from outside.

All companies will have back door entry in their recruitment drive. May be few HR gets benefited out of it, but neither the management nor the industry. Consider an MNC hiring a techie from government engineering college, he may be working with a person who entered through the divine hole. The dumb never gonna improve but the techie will definitely perish. The same, when they plan for a jump, few goes out and other few comes in. They keep wandering in industry.

Finally, the big dads in organization, hesitates to change and pretends to be the best. Since they equipped with authority, whatever goes wrong with them, costs more to the industry, compared to entry level engineer. They play the political melodrama within the organization with the buttering fingers of his team. They often rated high and the actual bulls occasionally gets the hay.

Here my question is, “Who will fix these bugs and what is the target date for this activity?”
